C2C serves denominations, churches, and leaders to see more multiplying churches in Canada

Our Name
C2C collective is a Canadian missions-based network that exists to see Canada reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We take our name from Psalm 72:8, “May He have dominion from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth!” This verse was suggested by Sir Leonard Tilley to the “Fathers of Confederation” in 1864 as the motto for Canada and is etched in stone over the east arch of the Peace Tower in Ottawa.
Our History
C2C collective is a relatively young movement that was birthed in the Mennonite Brethren denomination in British Columbia and was first known as "Church Planting BC" and then as C2C Network. C2C has since grown to be a cross-denominational, national network that serves a variety of evangelical denominations, networks, and mission agencies; we partner together to plant Gospel centered, Spirit led, mission focused, Kingdom minded churches. Recognizing that no single denomination will be able to reach Canada alone, we believe we are stronger when we work together; therefore C2C is unapologetically interdenominational. At the same time, we whole-heartedly support denominations and sending churches as primary in church planting.
C2C exists for the benefit of denominations and to offer support to denominations, helping them to assess, train, and coach church planters. C2C also raises funds in order to financially support some of these planters. We honour each denomination’s heritage and confessional documents. Our internal values are as follows:
Gospel-Centered
The person and work of Jesus Christ is central to how we interact with each other and how we lead in the local church. Our focus is not on a cause or a particular theological or moral position but, rather, on a Person—Jesus Christ. We commit to an understanding and proclamation of the historic gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ as expounded in Scriptures. The gospel is the joyful news that through the work of Christ on our behalf, God by grace, rescues and draws men and women into fellowship with him and with one another, and restores creation where we will enjoy this fellowship forever.
Spirit-Led
We commit to the leading of the Holy Spirit to illuminate the Word of God and the Son of God to transform the church of God. We strive to rely completely upon the Spirit of God to call planters into His harvest (Luke 10:2), to lead us to the locations where He leads to establish His church, and to provide all the resources we need to carry out His work. Prayer saturation is the key spiritual strategy that we practice to rely totally upon call His bride into existence.
Mission-Focused
We exist to make many more disciples among the lost people in Canada. Jesus sent the church to make disciples of people of all nations. Where this is practiced and adhered as the battle cry of Jesus, more churches will be necessary to handle the births of new believers. The local church is the ongoing training center where believers receive encouragement, inspiration, and vision to proclaim this “good news” to those who are separated from God.
Kingdom-Minded
C2C believes in meaningful partnerships between churches, denominations and organizations. We acknowledge that there is One Church, and that every church is a small but vital outpost of One Kingdom. To that end, we work at a cross-denominational table as the Church of Jesus Christ. No local church or church family can reach their city or province on their own. No organization can reach our nation on their own. We need each other. We value collaboration and believe that each local church has something to contribute to the advancement of the Kingdom of God. This value is a response to the unity that Jesus calls His Church to live in, in his prayer in John 17.
