Equipped to Endure

Pastors’ Wives Cohort
Fall 2026

Being a pastor’s wife is a unique calling, with its own joys, challenges, and complexities.

There are often seasons when the pressures of ministry can feel lonely and isolating, leaving us wondering if anyone truly understands.

But you are not alone—and you were never meant to walk this road alone.

I'm Lesley, and this fall I’m hosting Equipped to Endure, a seven-month Pastors’ Wives Cohort through C2C Collective and Acts 29 Canada.

I want this to be a place where we can be honest about the realities of ministry, where women can feel seen and heard, and where we can encourage one another to hold fast to the hope of the gospel.

Anchoring our time together, we’ll hear from trusted voices who have walked through the realities of ministry and will help guide our conversations around topics essential to enduring faithfully:

  • The Priority of Prayer & the Word — Luchrysta Caswell; Paul Millars " See Jesus Network"

  • Understanding Spiritual Warfare — Joshua Lewis

  • Finding Hope in Fear, Anxiety & Depression — Ed Welch

  • Marriage that Endures — Jani Ortlund

  • Friendship When Ministry Is Complicated — Jen Oshman

  • Enduring Suffering with Hope — Dave & Kara Bruskas

  • Persevering in Ministry for a Lifetime — Lauren Chandler

I want to invite you to walk together with other pastors’ wives as we talk through the joys, burdens, loneliness, and challenges of ministry—and remind one another that we don’t endure by our own strength, but by the grace and faithfulness of the God who called us.
