Ron & Bev Leonard

Canadian Director

Ron served on the Church Planting BC leadership team (now C2C Network) for a number of years before joining the staff in 2011. He loves coming alongside leaders and churches in an effort to help them better fulfill the call God has placed on their lives. Before entering full time ministry, Ron was an entrepreneur, starting a number of businesses, including the manufacturing of small submarines for use around the world. Ron and Bev were married in 1982 and have 3 adult daughters. He continues to serve as an elder at Willingdon Church.

Chad & Lynda MacDonald

Regional Director – Atlantic Canada

Chad, a native of Nova Scotia, served as the Pastor of Ministry Development at Westside Church in Vancouver prior to moving “back home” to direct church planting in the Atlantic Canada region for C2C. Chad studied in Toronto at Tyndale College & University. He and his wife Lynda moved to Vancouver in 2006 where they served Westside Church from a new church plant to becoming a thriving church. Chad and Lynda live in Halifax with their three young children.

Kris & Susie Martens

Regional Director – British Columbia & Yukon

As BC Regional Director for C2C network, Kris brings a passion for church-planting, missional-clarity, gospel-fluency & Spirit-dependance to his role as mentor and mobilizer. He is convinced that the counter-cultural way of Jesus and the church’s posture of courageous weakness will be a prophetic witness to a culture searching for meaning, hope and truth. While currently embedded in the city, Kris grew up in BC’s Interior and Kootenay’s. His heart is to see unprecedented kingdom growth and human flourishing throughout the province; in small towns, regional cities, indigenous communities, and urban centres.

Kris holds undergraduate degrees in Urban Missiology & Life Sciences (Azusa Pacific), and earned a Masters in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of Arrow Leadership.

Patrice & Cindy Nagant

Regional Director – Quebec

Patrice and Cindy gave their lives to Christ in 1980 and joined a church in the city of Ste-Rose, QC, where they grew in faith and served the Lord for 25 years. In 1993 they attended Bible school in Switzerland and were involved in a church in the area of Chatel St-Denis. After selling their 20-year-old business in 1999, they studied in Winnipeg and were involved in a francophone church plant in St-Boniface. In 2002 Patrice began to oversee church planting with the Mennonite Brethren Churches in Québec, and in 2006, planted a church with David and Patricia Miller in the city of Terrebonne. In 2012 Patrice was invited to join C2C as the Regional Director of Quebec.

Patrice and Cindy have three married children and eight grand kids.

Trevor & Julie Seath

Regional Director – Ontario

Trevor Seath began leading as the C2C Ontario Regional Director in August 2015 after serving as C2C Regional Mobilizer and as Pastor of Church Networking at Peoples Church in Toronto. Trevor was working for Royal Trust in 1997 when God called him and Julie into pastoral ministry. After completing an MDiv at Tyndale, Trevor served as Lead Pastor of Bridletowne Park Church (Toronto), and ministered there for 12 years. Trevor is passionate about serving pastors and church planters as a pastor, coach, trainer, and church planting catalyst. He and Julie have four children: three terrific daughters, and one fantastic son.

Ben & Jessica Connelly

US Director

Ben is C2C’s US Director. After 19 years on pastoral teams, he now gets to serve disciple-makers, planters, and churches/organizations who have a desire for sending. Ben lives in Fort Worth, TX with Jessica and their three kids. He has written/contributed to several books and publications, has taught university classes and led church planting for Soma North America, and serves as an elder in The City Church, which he planted in 2009.

 

Gord & Marcy Fleming

Gord has been involved in church planting for over 14 years. He began by serving on a church planting board while working in the marketplace. In 2006 Gord transitioned from the marketplace to full time ministry to lead Church Planting BC. The C2C network evolved from Church Planting BC in 2011, and Gord has been serving this ministry since its creation. Gord and Marcy live in Fort Langley, BC, and are part of North Langley Community Church.
